Solid understanding of contract performance, risk management, change/claim processes, and common Forms of Contract in the power construction industry.
Proven expertise in commercial and contract management, with a track record of successful outcomes.
Keen eye for detail, with experience using Excel and commercial management systems to analyse costs, forecasts, and contractors’ submissions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make sound decisions on matters of significant financial value.
Degree qualified in quantity surveying/commercial management (or similar) and chartered or working towards chartership (RICS or equivalent).
