- Develop, program, and optimise 3D AOI inspection routines using CyberOptics systems
- Perform detailed First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate PCB assemblies
- Ensure inspection processes meet internal standards and IPC-A-610 requirements
- Maintain and update AOI programs for design changes, NPIs, and software updates
- Analyse inspection results and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and yield enhancement initiatives
- Train and support AOI operators to ensure consistent inspection standards
