The help‑desk employee will provide technical assistance to internal clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions. Candidates must have at least five years of IT experience, strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of client/server network protocols and Internet/Intranet applications.
Preferred qualifications include A+ and Network+ certifications, prior help‑desk support experience, and familiarity with remote support. The role requires collaboration with colleagues in other offices, occasional out‑of‑town travel, overtime as needed, and a valid driver’s license.
