The role involves drafting and vetting new requirements, coordinating stakeholder meetings, providing input on design and implementation, and ensuring all necessary security and CIC approvals are obtained before sponsor concurrence. Candidates will also prepare requirements packages for sponsor review boards and oversee the tracking and status communication of all outstanding requests.
- Draft and vet new requirements, ensuring complete information before sponsor approval.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify and prioritize customer needs.
- Provide substantive input on design and implementation, assessing impact of changes.
- Review and validate final technical requirements, securing required security approvals.
- Prepare requirements packages for sponsor review boards.
- Track outstanding requirements, monitor status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve complex issues with service providers and customers to ensure timely completion.
- Collect and report metrics related to requirements management.
- Collaborate with customers, service providers, and developers to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with customers and partners to anticipate future requirements.
- Draft concept papers, use cases, or white papers to capture system changes.
- Support Agile teams with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Facilitate requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews, ensuring traceability and verification.

Successful applicants must hold an active TS/SCI++ clearance and possess either a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering (or related discipline) with at least three years of direct requirements‑management experience, or a high‑school diploma with seven years of equivalent combined experience. Experience supporting Agile development teams, conducting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and using tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence is required.
Desired experience includes a background in the Intelligence Community, familiarity with DoDAF architecture models, and a record of contributing to process‑improvement initiatives. - Hold an active TS/SCI++ clearance.
