Senior Leasing Consultant - Broadstone Saratoga
Roundhouse
Roundhouse is a multidisciplinary consultancy offering expertise in engineering and design services.
Managing and coordinating the leasing process for a Roundhouse property, including marketing, touring, tenant screening, and lease signing.
Ensure all community goals are being met including but not limited to rentals, renewals, occupancy levels, and turn times.
Oversees the accurate and timely completion of lease paperwork and ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws and other regulations.
Assist in preparing notices to vacate, renewal requests, service requests, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
Light travel between properties may be required.
Monitor community daily to ensure all areas are up to par, including tours paths, models, amenities, parking lot, common areas, etc.
Serve as the first point of contact for potential residents, welcoming them, answering their questions, and verifying their eligibility based on property requirements.
Maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner.
Ensure that your community is adhering to city, state, and federal Fair Housing laws, and relevant city and state laws regarding resident screening, resident relations, general community operations, and marketing standards.
Maintain open communication with residents, address their concerns, and ensure resident satisfaction in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident and vendor files.
Drives occupancy by leading the full leasing process, including marketing, touring, tenant screening, and lease signing, while leveraging their experience to mentor less experienced leasing agents.
Works with the Community Manager to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, analyze market trends, and participate in marketing campaigns.
Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.
Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and activities.
Stay informed about the local real estate market, analyze competitor pricing, which includes completing a monthly market survey, and recommend rental rates.

Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, and CRM).
