Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
Manage scope, budget, and QA/QC for assigned project duties
Serve as Company representative at meetings and presentations
Review performance data (financial, budgets, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
Lead staff and provide them with a clear explanation of the scope
Execute work plan and monitor staffing requirements for projects

7-10 years experience in Survey or SUE industry
Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred or;
Ability to craft proposals and change orders
Experience with Transportation projects is preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Must be proficient in ORD (Microstation), GDOT standards (ATL), TDOT standards (NASH)
