You’ll design and assist delivery of digital solutions across Web, CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing), Stores, Customer Loyalty, Commerce and Data platforms, working closely with senior business leaders and key business stakeholders across sales, customer service, marketing, stores and data teams, as well as IT. Your focus will be on translating business capability requirements into practical technology requirements, owning solution design, supporting implementation and build, and also supporting the transition to a new, modern Customer Experience and Data platforms (Sales, Stores, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Insights).
You’ll collaborate across brands and business units, ensuring effective implementation of digital projects that enhance customer and consumer experiences across retail, trade, commercial and consumer industries. This role is hands-on, evolving, and central to DuluxGroup’s digital transformation journey.

- Strong hands-on experience with CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing - SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365), Commerce, Stores (POS), Loyalty platforms
- Previous roles may include solution/domain architect or functional expert across CRM (SAP/Salesforce/ MS D365) technologies, or a web/commerce engineer.
- Proven ability to design and architect Digital/CX solutions including modern integrations.
- Proven ability to configure, integrate and tailor enterprise software to meet business needs.
- Experience with a green-field implementation across a whole of CX is preferred, but not essential.
- Degree qualification preferred, but not essential.
- Familiarity with customer experience platforms such as SAP CX and Salesforce; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valued.
- Background in multi-brand, multi-business unit, or large complex organizations; retail or B2B experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
