

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing multiple trade disciplines—including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishes—through subcontractors engaged in field construction activities. Duties include reviewing drawings, assisting with scope development, creating and following project schedules, and leading weekly client progress meetings. The superintendent also coordinates material submittals and shop drawings, conducts site layout, monitors subcontractor safety practices, prepares daily progress reports and photo documentation, assists with quantity take‑offs, tracks subcontractor hours, and oversees as‑built and close‑out documents, including approval of payment applications. Prior experience with JOC or work on military bases is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate has at least ten years of recent experience as a lead superintendent on commercial, educational, or government projects, with a solid work history and broad knowledge of various trades in both interior and exterior work. A college degree is preferred but not required, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Adobe, Word, and Excel is expected. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred, and the individual must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well within a chain of command, and pass drug screening, medical evaluation, and maintain a good driving record.
