project manager (pre cast concrete)

Description

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of precast concrete packages — including design coordination, factory production planning, transport/logistics, and on-site installation. This role requires strong communication and leadership to ensure seamless alignment between manufacturing teams, site delivery teams, design consultants and clients.

• Manage site installation activities, ensuring safety, quality and programme compliance
• Lead risk management, cost control, forecasting and project reporting
• Lead and manage the planning, production and installation of precast concrete packages
• Ensure all QA documentation, traceability records and handover information is completed accurately
• Coordinate with batching plants and manufacturing facilities to align production schedules with project milestones
• Oversee design reviews, technical queries and interface coordination
• Act as the key contact for clients, designers, production teams and subcontractors

Requirements

A leading concrete manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of precast concrete solutions from production to installation on major projects in the Leixlip region. The company operates modern batching plants and manufacturing facilities, supplying high-performance concrete products to large-scale industrial, commercial and infrastructure developments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable background in project management within construction or manufacturing sectors
• Proven experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing or structural concrete installation
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, variations and programme risk
• Strong technical understanding of precast production processes and installation methods
