What you would be doing

- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment on project goals
- Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Optimize team productivity and efficiency through process refinement and tool utilization
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of work items and achievable goals
- Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and data-driven insights
- Work with the team to proactively identify and resolve blockers or challenges that teams face during sprints
- Track progress using key metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and report on the team's performance and project status.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the teams
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high Agile standards and quality benchmarks
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, helping them continuously improve their processes and productivity

- Strong communicator skilled in keeping teams organized and on track
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Deep understanding of Agile practices, tools, and techniques
- Experienced in SaaS or software development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computing, or Business is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire Agile teams
