Key responsibilities include assisting with account‑based campaigns, engaging prospects via phone, video calls, and email, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM. The role also involves researching account information, ensuring sales and marketing processes are followed consistently, and collaborating with team members on ongoing initiatives. Continuous learning about the company’s sales processes, products, and market is encouraged to enable growth into more advanced positions.
IQGeo is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support its sales and marketing teams with day‑to‑day account and prospect engagement. The junior‑level role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual comfortable with phone and video outreach. It is based in Cambridge, requiring three days a week in the office, and the manager works from Denver, so some cross‑time‑zone coordination is needed. Bilingual candidates (Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian) are highly preferred to aid international expansion.
The ideal candidate has 0‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or administrative roles and is familiar with CRM tools or eager to learn them quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. A basic understanding of time‑zone coordination, a proactive and accountable mindset, and a team‑oriented attitude are required, while bilingual abilities and exposure to telecommunications or utility sectors are considered a plus.
IQGeo offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of paid holiday (with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days), the SHINE employee ownership program, and company‑matched pension contributions up to 6% of salary. Employees receive private medical insurance, life assurance, enhanced maternity leave, and access to an EV company car and cycle‑to‑work scheme via salary sacrifice. Additional perks include a charity scheme, paid volunteering day, career development opportunities, home‑office support, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
