The manager will coordinate projects from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, execution, and close‑out while managing schedules, budgets, and resources. They will work closely with engineering, construction, regulatory and environmental teams, maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

- Minimum five years of experience in water and wastewater construction project administration
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- PMP certification preferred (optional)
