- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding parts, inventory, and safety concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized docks and warehouse aisles.
- Read, sort and process complete orders.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and participating in reporting of unsafe conditions or instances.
- Support training of new team members.
- Operate power hand tools, scanners, computers, and work with various other equipment.
- Operate advanced equipment
- Maintain an accurate inventory.
- Conduct equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Identify and communicate process improvements.
- Issue parts to the lines as needed and operate a forklift to move/deliver parts to the line in a timely manner .
- Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or defective material issues.
- Participate in cross-training across logistics functions.
- Assist with the upkeep of warehouse inventory and with the loading and unloading trucks.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.

- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain/ maintain a forklift certification is required
- Computer classes and/or production experience is helpful, as is general MRP systems knowledge
- Ability to operate advanced equipment such as Man Up Pickers at elevated heights.
- Ability to read and understand visual and written assembly instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts from a pick list.
- Ability to support and train new team members effectively.
- Strong proficiency in multiple logistics functions including receiving, loading, and inventory control.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to obtain/ maintain a Comb i-Lift certification is preferred
