Regency at River Valley Apartments is now seeking a groundskeeper to join our team. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be independent, hard-working self-starter, have a desire to take pride in their work, and have a positive team-player attitude.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold weather; snow removal, upkeep of pool areas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Lift 50 lbs of weight throughout the day
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
The groundskeeper's work schedule is Monday through Friday with the possibility of Saturday work as needed.
Compensation details: 17-18 Yearly Salary
