Prepare and deliver various reports detailing the progress of each project to the company and customer.
Negotiate contracts when unexpected changes occur along with renegotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure the written specifications are being implemented;
- Drafting contracts for subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties about current projects. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Work with project estimators to review estimates and analyze the scope of each project along with determining what material is needed. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Review estimates in google excel and ask questions to the project estimator as needed.
- Schedule and timelines;
- Prepare and deliver various reports detailing the progress of each project to the company and customer.
- Negotiate contracts when unexpected changes occur along with renegotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage issues/problems that may arise during the project;
- Discussing budgets and current financial status of the project;
- Constantly verify that safety guidelines are being met upon OSHA and company compliance standards.
- Ensure quality work is being implemented upon company/industry standards;
- Analyze project specifications from consulting/engineering firms.
- Plan projects in advance to ensure all aspects of the project are allocated and scheduled accordingly. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Manage crews and subcontractors. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Review aerial images of the roof to identify potential problems that may arise during the scope of the project.

- Familiar with Details and Requirements related to the installation of the following roof systems:PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt Shingles
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Minimum 5 Years of Work Experience in the Commercial Roofing industry is required
- PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt Shingles
