Height Safety Contract Manager

Description

• Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards.
• Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met
• Ensure the team are operating efficiently
• Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements
• Play a pivotal role within the height safety team
• Generate new leads in the Company’s height safety offering
• Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Take a key role in technical compliance
• Supervise the delivery of major projects
• Drive growth and performance within the department

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring operational excellence.
• Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required
• Be comfortable adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues.
• Have experience in the height safety / fall protection industry.
• Subject knowledge of the relevant standards (BS7883, BS EN 795).
• Thrive on problem-solving and display excellent organisational skills
