As an HSE Supervisor for Nordic PCL Construction in Kailua‑Kona, Hawaii, you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on projects that shape the future of your community. You will oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our construction sites.

Lead and conduct project HSE inspections; monitor quality and effectiveness of inspections and trade safety plans
Develop and evaluate the project emergency response plan, site‑specific security requirements, and environmental plan
Monitor and audit trade contractor HSE performance
Participate in on‑site investigative processes and evaluate corrective actions
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
Coach, train, and mentor HSE Coordinators and other employees

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities
