Input new employee details on HR system (PeopleSoft) ensuring all data is accurate.
Responsible for writing job adverts and posting adverts to job boards.
Manage relationships with hiring manager to keep them updated on recruitment progress.
Support and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g. interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions.
Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle (support will be given!).
Supporting the recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate CV’s and producing contracts of employment.
Using social media to attract passive candidates.
Coordinate induction programmes for new hires to ensure they are welcomed in the right way, learn about the job and the company and meet the right colleagues.
