In this senior leadership role, the Practice Lead will work closely with regional leadership, market sector leads, and client account managers to shape wastewater services for municipal and utility clients navigating regulatory, climate, and infrastructure challenges in California.
The ideal candidate is a recognized leader in the wastewater industry, active in professional organizations such as CWEA, WEF, or WaterReuse California, with deep experience partnering with large cities, water districts, and regional agencies, and a passion for sustainability, innovation, and mentorship.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, a California Professional Engineer license (or ability to obtain within six months), and 15 years of progressive wastewater consulting and business development experience; preferred qualifications feature demonstrated team leadership, deep knowledge of California regulations and funding programs, and a proven track record of strategic growth.
