Leasing Agent

Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador, creating positive and memorable experiences for all prospects and residents.
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries from various sources (email, phone, online platforms).
• Contribute to community engagement by assisting with resident events and outreach efforts.
• Prepare, process, and execute lease documents accurately and efficiently within Yardi.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions from lead to lease.
• Provide best-in-class service, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours, showcasing apartments and amenities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are always tour-ready and presented to KRE standards.
• Monitor and report on leasing activity, market trends, and competitor performance as requested.
• Work closely with the Regional Leasing Manager and fellow team members to align leasing goals, marketing strategy, and day-to-day priorities.
• Maintain organized leasing files, prospect logs, and communication records.
• Support move-ins by coordinating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready and welcoming.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability and understanding of market and demographic trends.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to analyze and summarize market trends to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
