Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or willingness & ability to learn
Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts
An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
