

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
Review mechanical drawings and specifications, providing input on constructability and value engineering opportunities.
Oversee all mechanical construction activities from planning through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Support the procurement process by reviewing technical submittals and coordinating equipment delivery schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve technical or logistical issues.
Ensure commissioning and handover processes are executed efficiently and meet all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Excellent IT skills required – MS Office/Excel
Mechanical trade or Engineering background essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical systems, and a proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisation skills required
Experience working with any of the following materials and jointing methods also an advantage: PVC, PVDF, PP, S/S, C/S, orbital and tig welding and fusion jointing
Data centre experience is advantageous, but not essential.
