Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and outreach streams simultaneously.
Motivated self-starter with excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
Interest or familiarity with government sales, microtransit, mobility, real estate development, tourism, sustainability, or transportation planning is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to senior-level municipal and private-sector stakeholders.
Ability to interpret and act on KPIs to evaluate and improve performance.
Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Experience using Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, operations, customer success, or a related function.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Clearly and confidently articulate Circuit’s value proposition across email, phone, video, and LinkedIn outreach.
Customer service, negotiation, or stakeholder engagement experience is a plus.
