Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate preferred.
Leveraging technology to enhance HR processes through tools such as – ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS , with the ability to learn new technologies
Strong interpersonal skills , ability to work with executives , demonstrating ability to translat e requirements into creative solutions that align business initiatives across the country
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources Experience
Technical expertise , with the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
