- Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
- Optimize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data services (Snowflake, AWS Services) and data tooling (ETL/ELT).
- Collaborate with Data Governance to implement data quality frameworks, ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory regimes and enable audit-ready data lineage and metadata.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization. Mentor data engineers and analysts, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and present architecture roadmaps and data strategies to senior leadership.
- Establishment and adoption of standards and Patterns for modeling, data infrastructure and integration.
- Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
- Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
- Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.

- Advanced Proficiency with data platforms (Snowflake), databases (amazon rds, dynamodb) and ETL/ELT tools.
- 10+ years in data architecture, with at least 3+ years in financial services or asset management.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data engineering.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Sigma).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and master data management.
