Delegate and coordinate tasks for graduates and technicians, supporting their development.
Champion Health & Safety best practices, including CDM responsibilities.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead the design and delivery of Road, Traffic Engineering, Active Travel, and urban realm schemes.
Ensure all work meets project briefs, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM and external stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of design elements such as drainage, junctions, and carriageway improvements.
Familiarity with relevant design standards including TSRGD, Manual for Streets, DMRB, MCHW, LTN 1/20, and the CDM Regulations).
A confident and capable engineer with a strong background in Roads, Active, Traffic Engineering, Walking, Cycling, Bus priority, and Traffic calming.
Experience in scoping, preliminary, and detailed design of Roads, Active Travel and Traffic Engineering schemes.
A relevant degree and be working towards, Chartered status with a recognised Professional Institution or have equivalent industry experience.
