Title: BIM Modular. The role requires knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and the ability to create 3D BIM models for both interior and exterior building scopes. Candidates must also be capable of modelling external elements such as roads, oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping, hardscaping, and site development, and develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from these models. Implementation of BIM standards—including LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming conventions, and work‑sharing—is required, as is adherence to industry BIM standards, annotation, and dimensioning according to company guidelines, and reviewing models and drawings for compliance. Interaction with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modelling and drawings is also expected.
A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience and an equivalent degree are required.
