- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development and delivery of customized products or product improvements from concept through commercialization. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to manage potential roadblocks and ensure timely resolution.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert, representing the voice of the customer, for various teams within the company. Provide technical guidance and contribute to the evaluation of improved designs and engineering solutions.
