- Take resident complaints and identify proper protocol to resolve issues.
- Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.
- Ensure workorder requests are completed to company standards.
- Enter work order requests to appropriate maintenance personnel.
- Conduct walkthrough of available apartments to ensure readiness for occupancy.
- Work with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents to the community.
- Accurately process apartment applications and lease renewals.
- Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers.
- Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for the members of the community.
