Conduct Claim Inspections and Technical Evaluations in the field (Involves travel to jobsites throughout the western United States and Western Canada, and potentially outside of North America on rare occasion.
Submit detailed reports within 48 hours including key observations/facts, photographs, collection of samples and applicable evidence.
Conduct training sessions and seminars. Involves hands-on installation demonstration and speaking/presenting in front of an audience.
Product Installation of SOFT surface materials (Carpet tile, POWERBOND, broadloom) for trade Show E.g. NeoCon, Mock-ups, Field Testing, tip sheet videos, etc
Manage the logistics of that and submit paperwork to the corporate office for certification of those students who pass the test.
Provide Technical Support via in-person contact, as well as telephone and E-mail communications (Product, Installation, Site Conditions, Maintenance, etc.).
Conduct POWERBOND and broadloom certification tests (written and practical exam) that are pass or fail for the students.

Effective communication skills. Bi-lingual not required but preferred.
