Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with the Customer Success Team
Collaborate with the larger Autodesk sales team to meet sales targets and achieve business goals
Identify new potential customers and build relationships with them
Manage key accounts through the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers and prospecting to contract negotiations and signing
Collaborate with renewals team to retain and expand accounts
Collaborate with Autodesk's technical team to ensure a smooth detailed demo and implementation guidance
Deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of business
Effectively position Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions to Building industry-leading associations
Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline with accurate and timely responses
Work with customer champions and management to develop a project plan for implementing the software and plan for post-sales support implementation support through our ACS certified Resellers

Understanding of the Autodesk Construction Cloud products and services, as well as the broader construction industry and market trends

Proven track record of success in sales in SaaS, preferably in the construction industry
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other AEs, sales support, and technical teams to provide exceptional customer service and close sales
Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with customers
