- Review and complete driver safety score evaluations for all technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand service offerings and attract new customers.

- Oversee and deliver sales, software, and safety training.
- Monitor and enforce driver safety, proper use of PPE, and on-the-job safety protocols to support sustainable growth.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, project management, and asset tracking.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of plumbers and support staff.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and generate positive referrals.
