- Managing sub-contractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitoring contractor availability and ensuring timely allocation of jobs
- Attending sub-contractor meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on upcoming work
- Handling queries from residents regarding repair works, timelines, and service expectations
- Providing updates to internal stakeholders on job status and contractor performance
- Collaborating with surveyors and repairs teams to prioritise urgent works and ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of job progress, communications, and completed works
- Coordinating work schedules between internal teams and sub-contractors to minimise disruption
- Chasing sub-contractors for updates and progress reports on ongoing jobs
- Actioning tasks agreed during sub-contractor meetings and ensuring timely follow-up
