In this senior expert and coaching role, you will work with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, design and facilitate high‑impact Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping sessions and problem‑solving workshops, and mentor teams in applying Lean tools and behaviors while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Act as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation.
- Design and facilitate Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, and problem‑solving workshops.
- Assess organizational maturity, develop tailored Lean roadmaps, and lead diagnostics and benchmarking.
- Mentor and build capabilities of Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents.
- Promote a continuous‑improvement culture through structured coaching and training.
- Ensure Lean initiatives align with strategic business objectives and key performance indicators.

Success in the position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, operations management or a related field, at least ten years of Lean transformation experience in industrial settings, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent), strong facilitation, coaching and change‑management abilities, and willingness to travel globally.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 + years of Lean transformation experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent); TPS/Shingijutsu experience preferred.
- Demonstrated record of leading enterprise‑level Lean initiatives with measurable results.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Willingness to travel as required to support global operations.
