What you would be doing

- supervise personnel and fixed plant, monitoring quality and continually striving to implement process improvements
- collating working hours of staff for payroll on a monthly basis, maintain budgetary control over operations, order equipment and resource for the site.
- Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily running of the site operations ensuring full compliance on the site.

- You must be able to demonstrate a passion for recycling coupled with strong communication skills and be able to bring your experience of supervising and developing engaged teams to meet very high operational standards. Additional experience includes:
- IOSH or a similar Health and Safety Qualification is preferable or the ability to achieve this within 12 months.
- A broad knowledge of plant equipment is desirable, but not essential, as training is provided.
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday with Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off.
- £32,608.70 per year + Use of Company Vehicle + 3% Bonus + Benefits
- 40.25 hours per week + overtime if required
