Support the documentation of current processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Assist the HBP purchasing department plan, place and coordinate raw material purchases to support manufacturing plants in two states.
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop, support and implement new project initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and deliver training sessions on new processes and tools.
Help track and report on key performance indicators to show success/challenges of the supply chain department.

Familiarity with basic supply chain processes – and methodologies such as MRP and inventory analysis
Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program majoring in supply chain or related is required
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Excel preferred
