The Senior Vice President of GTM Operations reports to the Chief Customer Revenue Officer and serves as the enterprise architect of Equinix’s commercial execution system. This role translates strategic ambition into operational precision across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, Compensation, Deal Desk, GTM Transformation, and Commercial Operations, aligning people, processes, systems, and data to drive revenue performance, customer experience, and commercial simplicity at scale.
Key responsibilities include designing a unified go‑to‑market operating model that links strategic planning to frontline execution, leading a senior leadership team spanning multiple functional areas, overseeing pricing discipline and the Deal Desk, institutionalizing customer lifecycle management, governing commercial performance and forecasting, and driving enterprise‑wide GTM transformation in partnership with product, finance, and technology.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading go‑to‑market strategy, sales or revenue operations at a senior (VP+) level, a track record of creating strategic plans for $5 billion‑plus businesses, strong stakeholder‑influence skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments. Required attributes include strategic thinking, exceptional communication, people‑focused leadership, customer empathy, and a proven ability to execute large‑scale transformation initiatives.
