Carry out take-offs and measurements from drawings, specifications, schedules and site visits
Manage multiple tender enquiries simultaneously, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency
Identify commercial risks, assumptions and opportunities within tender submissions
Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings and client meetings, including within the Heathrow estate
Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
Develop client quotations aligned to MJM’s commercial and margin targets
Maintain and develop MJM’s cost database, rate libraries and estimating templates
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects ranging from £500k to £2m+
Obtain, assess and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
