What you would be doing

Contributing to bid preparation and business development activities
Assisting with the administration of contracts (as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager)
Planning: Set project goals, scope, and timelines.
Budget management: Work with quantity surveyors to control costs and avoid overspending.
Communication: Keep clients informed with updates, reports, and meetings.
Team coordination: Lead and align architects, engineers, and contractors.
Help with paperwork and application processes
Scheduling: Keep the project on track and address delays early.
Ensuring all project deliverables comply with business procedures and standards

Quality and compliance: Ensure work meets standards and regulations.
Checking that all quantitative and financial information is independently verified and maintaining records of those checks
