  • Contributing to bid preparation and business development activities
  • Assisting with the administration of contracts (as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager)
  • Planning: Set project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Budget management: Work with quantity surveyors to control costs and avoid overspending.
  • Communication: Keep clients informed with updates, reports, and meetings.
  • Team coordination: Lead and align architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Help with paperwork and application processes
  • Scheduling: Keep the project on track and address delays early.

  • A degree or masters (completed or completing by August 2026) within project management or built environment disciplines
