- Contributing to bid preparation and business development activities
- Assisting with the administration of contracts (as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager)
- Planning: Set project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Budget management: Work with quantity surveyors to control costs and avoid overspending.
- Communication: Keep clients informed with updates, reports, and meetings.
- Team coordination: Lead and align architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Help with paperwork and application processes
- Scheduling: Keep the project on track and address delays early.

- A degree or masters (completed or completing by August 2026) within project management or built environment disciplines
