Responsible for the month end close process and delivery of monthly and quarterly management account packs for properties managed by CRM/Yugo in the UK
Analyse review and add meaningful commentary to the Profit and loss.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations with relevant back up for each account.
Support Yugo Operations in their understanding of property financial performance, which in turn allows them to provide insightful analysis to investors.
Works closely with transactional teams, Finance Business Partners and Yugo Operations to ensure accurate reporting of property financial performance against Budget/Forecast.
Contribute to financial analysis to provide insights into property performance.
Contribute to audit processes over property statutory accounts, ensure requests from property auditors are addressed on a timely basis.
Assist with queries and requests from property investors.

Experience working within a multi-national multi-site business would be an advantage
At least 2 years’ experience working within a finance team
Strong multi-tasking skills
Fluent Italian Speaker
Very strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Month end experience
Understanding of Italian Statutory Accounting
Confident and pro-active with strong communication skills
Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified AAT
