- Develop a high-level implementation roadmap (timeline, milestones, best practices).
- Provide training and guidance to ensure effective adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform real-time adjustments to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
- Advise leadership on CRM platform selection aligned with scalability and long-term goals.
- Support vendor evaluation, demos, and negotiations as needed.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security protocols post-implementation.
- Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, finance) to gather requirements and ensure CRM solutions meet cross-functional needs.
- Advisory input during planning and early rollout
- Conduct a business needs assessment across key departments.

- Proficiency with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Work Structure: Primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in Phoenix, AZ (must be local to the Phoenix area)
- Experience advising mid-sized or high-growth organizations; exposure to the solar or energy industry is a plus.
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours
- Available to support OWE leadership on a part-time, flexible schedule.
- Budget: $20,000–$30,000 (project-based)
