  • Implementation roadmap with milestones
  • Develop a high-level implementation roadmap (timeline, milestones, best practices).
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure effective adoption.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform real-time adjustments to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Advise leadership on CRM platform selection aligned with scalability and long-term goals.
  • Support vendor evaluation, demos, and negotiations as needed.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security protocols post-implementation.
  • Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, finance) to gather requirements and ensure CRM solutions meet cross-functional needs.
  • Advisory input during planning and early rollout
  • Conduct a business needs assessment across key departments.

  • Proven experience as a CRM consultant or advisor, with successful end-to-end CRM selection and implementation projects.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Work Structure: Primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in Phoenix, AZ (must be local to the Phoenix area)
  • Experience advising mid-sized or high-growth organizations; exposure to the solar or energy industry is a plus.
