Oracle EBS Cross Functional modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Account Payables, Order Management, Account Receivables, General Ledger and Microsoft Power BI development.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Oracle Fusion HCM Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Guided Learning, and Payroll Management.
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Oracle EBS HRMS Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and Payroll Management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Oracle EBS Technical Skills: BI Reports & Alerts, Interfaces & Conversions, Extensions & SQL*Loader, Data Definition Reports, Formula Functions & User Hooks, Packages, Functions, and Fast Formulas.
3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support is required for an ERP-HCM Specialist role. Additionally, Experience working with specific ERP-HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms may be preferred, depending on the organization's technology stack.
