Description

The role covers residential plumbing service, water‑heater repair, fixture replacement, drain cleaning and the operation of conventional sewer machines. Technicians also diagnose sewer and drain issues, provide estimates, educate customers, protect equipment, and collaborate with field staff, warehouse, dispatch, and management.

Maintenance duties involve completing plumbing evaluation forms, performing minor tasks, turning in job leads, managing time cards, inventory, and invoices, and keeping the company truck clean. Employees are expected to pursue ongoing training, uphold safety and quality standards, and build strong client relationships through excellent communication.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing emergencies

• Keep company truck clean and log time/inventory daily

Requirements

Ideal candidates possess mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and at least one year of residential plumbing experience. They must be able to work independently in varied weather conditions, follow directions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
