We are seeking 1-2 dedicated sales professionals for our Central Ohio office. Current representatives generate over $600 k in earnings, supported by a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads, with new hires expected to receive 2-4 leads each day.
We are looking for veteran closers with at least two years of in‑home, one‑call close experience; no door‑to‑door or telemarketing work is required. Employees only need to attend the office three times per month, and a 10 % bonus is offered to those who generate their own sales.
Compensation is delivered weekly and our sales team enjoys a strong close rate of about 65 %. High‑performing individuals are often fast‑tracked into management, with the majority of our managers having been promoted from within the company.
