Functional capability - Help the Planning & Control function lead and develop capability of its professionals, including supporting the development of skills-based learning solutions.
Ensure the creation, maintenance, and execution of detailed plans for all given projects, including managing all stakeholder communications.
Act as the focal point for all aspects related to the Planning & Control Projects/Portfolios/packages of work including new product introduction, modifications and new manufacturing facilities.
Supply Chain Design - Plan, design and implement capable end to end value streams for material planning, instruction and physical flow.

Experience of coaching and guiding others to develop skills and capability.
Experience within either Planning & Control or Manufacturing Functions, and working with complex Manufacturing businesses.
Good SAP system knowledge with transactional experience and MS Excel Skills preferable.
Educated to degree level or relevant professional qualification e.g. ASCM Certificate in Planning & Inventory Management.
New Product Introduction experience and working under gated process structures.
Self-starter with drive to deliver key milestones and elements of the Functional Plan.
Interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and requirements, deal with ambiguity and complexity and work in a disciplined and structured manner.
Experience of delivering projects and change programmes and managing detailed plans with reporting capability.
