  • Obtain sales by working with HVAC consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, plant managers, government representatives; and assist in project design, specifications and selections towards both the customer’s and Carrier’s best interests.
  • Service the customer after the sale and during installations/service to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business.
  • Responsible for consistently planning effective sales activities. Provide maximum selling time.
  • Establish and develop estimates, quotations, and bids for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product and competition in Chillers, Airside, Packages, Splits, Controls, VRF, and others, and system characteristics, including operation costs, specs, performance, etc.
  • Analyze customer needs with respect to several alternate solutions using Carrier’s products/services.
