Participate in research, data analysis, and technical studies to support design or project planning activities.
Support project managers in the preparation of project documentation, coordination of project deliverables, and tracking of project progress.
Assist with proposal development and other business development initiatives as needed.
Occasionally support site visits or construction coordination activities to observe how projects are delivered and work with the teams involved in the delivery process.
Assist in organizing project data, maintaining schedules, and preparing presentations or reports for internal and client meetings.
Work in a manner that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of Stantec employees, clients, and the public.
Contribute to the design and development of technical deliverables.

Effective communication and collaboration skills in both written and verbal contexts.

Ability to occasionally visit project sites and observe construction activities.
Coursework or exposure to design or construction management topics preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is preferred.
Strong interest in the project management process and willingness to learn while helping deliver healthcare, transportation, and commercial projects.
Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Previous internship or coop experience in an engineering or construction environment is an asset but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
