Lead bridge design, including load rating, structural analysis, and foundation design.
Get involved in dynamic committees and groups such as the Community Impact and Fun Committees, Fisher Minds (ERG), the Employee Advisory Group, and many others.
Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support project managers with schedules, documentation, and presentations as needed.
Participate in project planning meetings, coordinating tasks to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Conduct field inspections and prepare detailed bridge and culvert inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with safety codes, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
Develop design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for bridge and transportation structures.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including design documents, progress reports, and budget information.
Provide technical support during construction: respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and ensure design integrity.
