Initiate Authorized Driver process and review driving records.
Distribution of driver bulletins, emergency weather alerts, and insurance information.
Maintain web portals and supply communications.
Initiating vehicle remarketing process.

Organize and maintain Fleet reporting and documentation. This includes auditing and securing missing information, running reports and presenting conclusions based on findings.
Monthly vehicle utilization process and information gathering.
Follow-up on upfitting, branding, and delivery of new vehicles.
Maintaining inventory of fleet assets.
Maintaining and updating Fleet resource site including driver lists and visuals.
Telematics database updates and distribution of devices.
Review registrations and collaborate with dealerships and fleet services to resolve any issues.
Answer internal/external stakeholder queries and questions.
Assist with vehicle procurement and entering vehicle orders.
What you bring

Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Tools.
Fleet or dealership role, or similar experience would be an advantage but not necessary.
Well organized and able to manage workload proactively.
Vehicle invoicing, including coding and submission to accounts payable.
Strong Excel skills required.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
