This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Austin, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal home by conducting consultations, showcasing model homes, and guiding them through the purchase process. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customers' needs, providing financing options, and managing sales paperwork. The Sales Associate will also maintain an excellent level of customer service and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
